The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant, Washington County,
Minnesota, ordains as follows:

Section 1.  Section 703.02(2) of Grant Ordinance No. 50 regarding
accessory buildings and other nondwelling structures as amended by
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 67 is hereby amended to read as follows:

    "(2) DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING.

    Less than 5 acres
    Permit Required:                    Building
    Maximum Sq. Footage per Building:   1,000
    Maximum No. of Stories              One Story

    5 through 9.99 acres
    Permit Required:                    Building & CC*
    Maximum Sq. Footage per Building:   2,000
    Maximum No. of Stories:             One Story

    10 through 19.99 acres
    Permit Required:                    Building & CC*
    Maximum Sq. Footage per Building:   2,500
    Maximum No. of Stories:             One Story

    20 or More Acres
    Permit Required:                    Building & CC*
    Maximum Sq. Footage per Building:   No requirement
    Maximum No. of Stories:             One Story"

Section 2.  Effective Date.  This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication according to
law.
