AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50, THE TOWN OF GRANT ZONING
ORDINANCE

The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant, Washington County,
Minnesota, ordains as follows:

Section 1.  Section 602.02, Additions and Exceptions to Minimum Area,
Height and Other Requirements, is hereby amended by adding a new
number 11 as hereinafter set forth.

602.02 Additions and Exceptions to Minimum Area, Height, and Other
Requirements.

(11) Density Restrictions.  For the purpose of computing the total
area of any lot or parcel of land, road and railroad right-of-ways
which are held either in fee title or in easement which pass through
any lot or parcel of land, may be included in the total area
calculation for density purposes.

Section 2 .  Effective Date.  This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its publication according to law.
