AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
TOWN OF GRANT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant does ordain as follows:

Section 1.  Section 602, Minimum Requirements, is amended by adding
the following dimensional requirements as subparagraphs (13) and (14)
to Section 602.01:

(13) Minimum Lot Width at Front Lot Line cul-de-sac street (feet)

Section 2. Effective Data.  This Ordinance shall take effect and is
on force from and after its passage and publication.
