AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GRANT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant, Washington County, Minnesota, ordains as follows:

Section 1.  Section 301, Definitions is amended by adding the following definition as number (5)(a):

 "(5)(a) Agricultural-Business, Seasonal.  A seasonal business not exceeding nine (9) months in any  calendar year operated on a rural farm (as defined in Section 301 (63)) offering for sale to the  general public, produce or any derivative thereof, grown on the property together with any related  accessory items as may be approved by the Board of Supervisors."

Section 2.  Section 604., Uses in Conservancy, Agricultural, Residential and General Business Districts, is amended by adding "Agricultural-Business, Seasonal" as a use allowed with a conditional use permit and public hearing in the Agricultural A-1 zoning district within the Town of Grant.

Section 3.  Effective Date.  This Ordinance shall take effect and is in force from and after its passage and publication.

ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWN OF GRANT THIS 5th DAY OF JUNE 1984.
