AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50, THE TOWN OF GRANT ZONING
ORDINANCE

TEiE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWN OF GRANT, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section l.  Section 602, Minimum Requirements, is hereby amended as
follows:

1.  Section 602.02(2) is amended by deleting the section in its
entirety and substituting therefor the following:

"602.02 (2) Any such lot or parcel created in accordance with the
Community Subdivision Regulations and is at least two and one-half
(2.5) acres in size, shall be exempt from the requirements of Section
602.02 (4) and shall be considered buildable if the lot or parcel can
comply with the remaining requirements of Section 602.02"

2.  Section 602.02 (3) is amended by deleting the section in its
entirety.

3.  Sections 602.02 (4) through 602.02 (10), inclusive, are amended
by renumbering said Sections as 602.02 (3) through 602.02 (9),
inclusive.

Section 2.  Section 703, Accessory Buildings and Other nondwelling
Structures, is hereby amended by deleting from Section 703.14 the
following language: "Performance standards for detached agricultural
buildings and domesticated farm animal buildìngs on parcels of less
than twenty (20) acres shall include the following:" and substituting
therefor the following language:

"The placement of detached agricultural buildings and domestic farm
animal buildings shall be according to the following performance
standards:"

Section 3.  Effective Date.  This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its publication according to law.

Passed by the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant this 3rd day
of January 1984.
