AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39, THE DOG ORDINANCE, OF THE
TOWN OF GRANT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWN OF GRANT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.  Section 3, Public Nuisance is amended by adding the
following as paragraph (d):

"(d) Has habitually barked, howled or bayed to the annoyance of others."

Section 2.  Section 6, Penalties, is ammended to increase the maximum
fine by deleting the reference to $300.00 and substituting therefor
$500.00.

Section 3.  Effective Date.  This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.

Passed by the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant this 3rd
day of May 1983.
