ORDINANCE No. 43

An ordinance for the Town of Grant, Washington County, Minnesota amending ordinance No. 42, providing an interim restriction on the density of development within the Town of Grant -

The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant does ordain as follows:

Section 1. Section VII of Ordinance No* 42 shall be amended to read as follows:

"VII. EXPIRATION.

This ordinance shall expire and cease to have any

force and effect on August 15, 1978."

 Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law.
 
  Duly passed and adopted this 2nd day of August, 1977.
