WILLIAM AND ANDREA DRAKE'S
The
City of
1.Designation.The
William and Andrea Drake property located at
2.Maintenance of Buildings.The Drakes, their successors and assigns shall maintain, restore and preserve the machine shed/corn crib and barn on the above?described property pursuant to Ordinance 2000-90.The City reserves the right to inspect said property to ensure that it is being properly maintained and preserved.
3.Variance.The applicants and the property are hereby granted a variance from the accessory structure ordinance in order to allow the two buildings on the site.
4.Recording.A certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded with the Washington County Recorder's Office.
5.Termination of Designation.This ordinance may be terminated or revoked pursuant to Section 90.06 of Ordinance 2000-90.
6.Effective Date.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
