AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.50,
SECTION 602.01
THE TOWN OF GRANT ZONING ORDINANCE
 

The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grant, Washington County, Minnesota, ordains as follows:

Section 1. Section 602.01(4) of Ordinance No.50 of the Town of Grant is hereby amended to read as follows:

602.01(4)

Minimum Frontage on an Improved Public Road (Feet) --------------  300 300 300 300 300 160

Section 2. Section 602.01 of Ordinance No.50 of the Town of Grant is hereby amended to add a paragraph to be designated as Paragraph (4a) to read as follows:

Minimum Frontage on a cul-de-sac (Feet) --------------------------------  60  60 60 60 60 60

Section 3. That Section 602.01(5) of Ordinance No.50 of the Town of Grant is hereby amended to read as follows:

602.01(5).     The horizontal distance between the side lot lines of a lot measured at the setback line.

Section 4. Section 602.01 of Ordinance No.50 of the Town of Grant is hereby amended by adding a paragraph to be designated 602.01 (5a)

Section 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
